Facebook's photo sharing app Instagram has rolled out two new features for its Stories -- Stories Highlights and Stories Archive. These features will let users to "hold on to favorite moments from Instagram Stories"

Stories Highlights is a new part of your profile where you can save your favourite Stories. The Stories Highlights appear in a new section below your bio on your profile.
Users can add as many Highlights as they want and they will remain on the profile until they are removed by them. To edit or remove a highlight, users will have to tap and hold that highlight on your profile.

Moving on to the Stories Archive, this feature will save your Stories into Archive when they expire. Users can tap on any story in your archive to watch it. From there, users can add it to their story, share it as a post or add it to a highlight on their profile. Users can only see their own archived stories, and can choose to turn off auto-archiving at any time in profile settings.

"To access the stories in your archive, tap the Archive icon on your profile. From there, you can easily switch between your Posts Archive and your new Stories Archive. In your Stories Archive, your stories will appear in a grid with the most recent stories at the bottom. The first story from each day will show a date indicator to help you navigate your archive as you scroll," said the company in a blogpost.

These updates are available as part of Instagram version 25 on both iOS and Android.
